I built Zugrow from first-hand experience running short-term rentals and seeing how much day-to-day work still sits across separate systems, manual processes and repetitive tasks. My background is in software and data delivery, so I approached Zugrow as an operational platform rather than another hosting dashboard. The aim is to make AI genuinely useful in property management — handling repetitive work, assisting with guest communication, screening bookings and supporting pricing decisions, while keeping the host in control. We’re building Zugrow for serious independent hosts and growing operators who want capable property management software without enterprise pricing or unnecessary overhead.
