My partner and I always had the struggle of using productivity tools for our work that eventually became too complex to use (and we are quite tech savvy). Plus, we had to learn how to use each tool and ended up overpaying. So we wanted to build one that is easy to use and fully managed by the agent for us - even from WhatsApp or Slack. We really want to get honest feedback about it and how to improve it.

I like the focus on chat-first CRM management. For startups and small teams, switching between CRM, project tools, task boards, and communication apps can get messy fast. Managing leads, deals, tasks, and client updates from one AI assistant could be genuinely useful if the memory and context stay accurate across the team.

The WhatsApp and Slack integration is the killer feature here. CRM adoption fails because it's another app to context-switch to. Managing everything through chat where teams already live removes that friction completely. The AI assistant handling leads and deals in the background is a smart move too.

The idea of interacting with a CRM through WhatsApp or Slack is a refreshing approach. I'm curious how the AI handles more complex workflows, such as updating deals, assigning tasks, or resolving conflicting requests from multiple team members.

The WhatsApp and Slack integration is the actual innovation here. Every team I know avoids traditional CRMs because they add friction on top of where people already communicate. Having a CRM agent that lives in Slack or WhatsApp means context and data flow naturally without a context switch. The AI agent handling the management removes the adoption barrier that kills most CRM implementations. This is less about the CRM itself and more about making CRM data collection effortless where work actually happens.
