Verdikt is an AI advisory board built for small business owners and operators. The idea is simple: most small business owners don't have access to a real advisory board, and a single generic AI response doesn't engage with the trade-offs that matter when you're deciding whether to raise prices, hire, expand, or change your pricing model. So instead of one answer, Verdikt assembles 8 AI advisors — finance, operations, marketing, legal, HR, strategy, customer experience, and an industry-specific expert — who debate your decision from different angles. You see the disagreement, the trade-offs, and then a final verdict with actionable next steps. It also produces ready-to-use documents alongside the advice — pricing models, SOPs, checklists, financial analyses — so you walk away with something usable. There are 16 industry advisor packs at launch, including HVAC, restaurants, fitness studios, med spas, and more. Plans start at $49/month with a free trial. Would love feedback from anyone here who runs a small business, advises owners, or has thought about this problem. What decisions would you want an 8-advisor debate on? Thanks for taking a look 🙏
Love the idea of getting 8 different expert perspectives on a single decision. Solo founders and small teams often lack that diverse input, so having AI simulate multiple viewpoints is clever. How do you ensure the perspectives are genuinely distinct rather than just rephrased versions of the same take?

honestly this is the hardest part. if i can't keep them distinct the product falls apart. short version is each advisor has its own role, the metrics it actually cares about, and a sort of internal voice. the comptroller is focused on cash and margin, the growth hacker is all about velocity and fast tests, the sentinel is just scanning for what could go wrong, etc. and they're not answering the user in parallel, they're reacting to each other across multiple rounds, with the orchestrator pushing back whenever two of them start agreeing too much.
