Hey everyone! 👋 We built Upwip to solve a common frustration: founders and SaaS teams shouldn't have to juggle 4–5 separate, overpriced tools just to collect feedback, share a roadmap, publish docs, and chat with users. Upwip unites feedback boards, public roadmaps, changelogs, knowledge bases, and live chat into one simple, flat-rate platform—no per-seat penalties. We'd love for you to check it out and share your honest thoughts or feedback!

This looks really useful. Love how simple and practical the product is
Combining feedback, roadmap, changelog, docs, and live chat in one flat-rate workspace could save small teams a lot of handoffs. How does the AI duplicate detector handle similar requests written in different languages, and can a team review a suggested merge before it changes the public board?
Indie maker building privacy-focused, zero-login web tools.
User feedback loops are critical for early-stage builders. The interface looks straightforward and well-structured. Nice work!

Yes, thank you!
Consolidating feedback, roadmap, changelog, docs, and live chat into one workspace is a strong pitch — tool sprawl is a real cost for small teams, and flat-rate pricing with unlimited members directly answers per-seat pricing fatigue. The AI duplication detection is the feature I'd watch: if it reliably merges near-duplicate requests, it solves the noisiest part of public feedback boards. One suggestion — a public API for the changelog would help teams pipe release notes into their own docs automatically.

Thanks for sharing the feedback! Upwip already supports both API and Webhooks, making it easy for teams to integrate with their existing tools and workflows.
I like where everything is all in one place.

Clear value prop and the pricing/tech comparison angle is useful for people who buy proxies regularly — nice focus on facts over hype.
I like that publishing a changelog post automatically emails everyone who voted on the request. Closing that loop is the step most teams forget. How do guest submissions fit in: if someone posts an idea without an account, do they still get notified when it ships (e.g. by leaving an email on submit)? And does the 18KB widget work inside a mobile WebView, or is it aimed at desktop web apps?

Thanks for the feedback! Users currently need to sign in to submit a post, so guest submissions aren’t supported yet. We’ll keep your suggestion in mind for future updates.
