Run your entire sales outreach by chatting with AI
toflow ai is an outreach platform built around AI. Connect it to Claude or ChatGPT via MCP, tell it who you want to reach, and it takes care of the rest. List building, enrichment, sequences, follow-ups across email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp. Your team focuses on conversations, not setup.

26The chat-first workflow is a smart angle for founders who already live in Slack and inbox all day. I’d be curious whether you let teams turn a successful prompt sequence into a reusable outbound playbook or template, because that would make the AI output much easier to standardize across SDRs.
Yes that is exactly how playbooks work in toflow. Once a sequence performs well you can save the entire thing, prompts, steps, timing, channel order, as a reusable template any team member can clone and run. The MCP layer adds another dimension to this because the AI instructions that drove the personalization decisions can be saved alongside the sequence, so a new SDR is not just getting a template with empty variables, they are getting the reasoning behind it too. What we see working well for teams scaling from founder-led to a small SDR team is the founder runs the first hundred sequences manually through the AI client, the ones that convert get saved as playbooks, and the SDRs execute from those without needing to figure out the personalization logic from scratch.
Everyone reports the raise. We track what happened after. Growth ≠ value. Narratives ≠ numbers.
The AI follow-up agent reading every reply and routing by intent is the structural bet most outbound platforms have ducked. Apollo, Lemlist, Smartlead all still hand reply triage back to the rep. The decision that probably determines retention past month 2: what does the classifier do when it's uncertain about intent? Send the highest-probability follow-up, default to a safe nurture, or escalate to the human? The first scales fastest but risks one mis-classified reply torching a real deal. Curious what default behaviour you ship with, and whether the confidence threshold is configurable per persona.
Exactly the tradeoff we spent the most time on. Our default on uncertainty is escalate to human. The agent flags the reply, pauses the sequence, and surfaces it in a dedicated inbox with the classifier's top-two guesses and confidence scores so the rep can one-click confirm or override. We'd rather add friction than let a borderline reply get auto-nurtured into going cold. The confidence threshold is configurable per persona. A high-ACV enterprise sequence defaults to a lower threshold and escalates more aggressively, while a high-volume SMB sequence can be tuned to let the agent handle more autonomously. The cost of a misclassified reply scales with deal size, so the human-in-the-loop boundary should too. What we've found surprising in practice: the failure mode isn't usually the classifier being wrong. It's ambiguous replies that are genuinely hard for a human too. We log every override so those cases feed back into fine-tuning.
So interesting product! Great job!

The MCP integration angle is clever — letting users connect their own LLM instead of bundling one reduces costs and keeps the tool model-agnostic. Curious how you handle rate limits when Claude and the outreach sequences are running in parallel. Does it queue or fail gracefully?
We run them on separate execution contexts so sequence delivery never blocks on an LLM call. If the model hits a rate limit the agent task queues and retries with exponential backoff, outreach goes out on schedule regardless. The failure surface is isolated. We've found most rate limit issues come from users running large bulk enrichment jobs alongside active sequences, so we added per-operation concurrency controls they can tune. Nothing fails silently, every retry and timeout surfaces in the task log.

The MCP-driven outreach angle is useful because it lets teams work from the AI tools they already use. I would be curious how you guard against over-automation on LinkedIn and WhatsApp so teams stay compliant while scaling follow-ups.
The guardrails are built into the sequence layer rather than leaving it to the user to self-police. On LinkedIn we enforce daily action limits per connected account that stay within what the platform tolerates, with randomized delays between actions to avoid pattern detection. WhatsApp runs through official Business API only, so the compliance boundary is structural rather than behavioral. On the automation side every outreach action requires an active human-owned connected account, there is no shared sending infrastructure. The practical effect is that scaling is bounded by the number of seats, not by what the API will technically allow before a ban. Teams can go fast but not faster than a human rep realistically would.
oflow.ai solves a real bottleneck in B2B outreach — the gap between knowing who to reach and actually executing a consistent multi-channel sequence. The MCP integration with Claude/ChatGPT is a smart move; it means the AI understands context rather than just blasting templates. One question: does toflow.ai currently support personalization tokens pulled from LinkedIn profile data (job title, recent posts, mutual connections)? That would make the sequences significantly more effective for founders targeting cold prospects. Strong product for sales teams who want to move fast without sacrificing relevance.
Yes, LinkedIn profile data pulls directly into sequence personalization. Job title, company, recent posts, mutual connections all come in through the enrichment layer and are available as variables in any step. The more interesting use case we see with the MCP integration is founders using Claude to write the personalization logic itself, not just fill tokens. So instead of a static variable for recent post it is prompting the AI to read the post, extract the relevant angle, and write a line that actually references something specific. That shifts personalization from merge fields to genuine context awareness. For cold outreach to founders targeting founders that difference in signal-to-noise is usually what gets a reply versus getting ignored.

Cool product — love how it turns outbound from a messy multi-tool workflow into something you can run through a simple AI chat. The MCP angle with Claude/ChatGPT is especially interesting.
Thanks, that's exactly the bet. The multi-tool workflow problem in outbound is underrated — most teams are context-switching between a dialer, a sequencer, LinkedIn, an enrichment tool, and a CRM before a single email goes out. Collapsing that into a conversation layer means the rep stays in one place and the AI handles the routing. The MCP angle matters because it's not another app to learn, it works inside whatever the team is already using. We're seeing people run entire prospecting workflows, enrich a list, write and send sequences, and log everything to the CRM without leaving their AI client.
This is wild!! Definitely something we're going to be investigating!
Interesting point about onboarding friction. Most SaaS churn seems to happen before users even experience the core value.
