Watch French and actually understand it, from day one.
4.8(6)5Education
Learn French through visual stories, told by a native speaker on screen, from true beginner through intermediate. You understand from the images, not translation. The transcript is interactive: tap a word to hear it or save it, tap a line to replay just that sentence. Every word you save slips into a review schedule and comes back on its own, in a later pause, right before you'd forget it. Free 7-day trial, no card.

5this is an amazing idea
Being able to tap a single line and replay just that sentence is a nice touch; that's where most video courses make you scrub back and forth. How does the review schedule decide when a saved word comes back, and can saved words be exported (e.g. to Anki)? Also curious how many hours of beginner-level stories there are right now.
Love the “understand from day one” promise for language learners. Curious whether most retention comes from daily streaks or from the first “aha” comprehension moment.
