The query research to published content loop is where most teams lose momentum. Most SEO strategies fail because someone spots a keyword opportunity, writes something two weeks later, and by then the window closed or they shipped something half-baked. Automating the "write content for winnable queries in your voice and publish it" part is smart - it collapses what usually takes a content team weeks into something that runs on schedule. Live Google data integration beats static keyword lists because the landscape actually changes. The ChatGPT integration for organic visibility is interesting too - most small teams miss that avenue entirely.
yeah you got it exactly right. the problem was never picking bad keywords, it's that the post gets written 3 weeks later or not at all. that's the whole reason it runs on a schedule instead of just showing you a dashboard of things you should do. and agreed on static lists, they go stale fast so the data gets pulled fresh every time. the chatgpt thing is the part almost nobody is looking at yet. tons of people ranking fine on google and completely invisible when someone asks an assistant for a recommendation. worth checking even if you never touch a tool for it. thanks for actually reading it properly, this was a good comment

I specifically signed up to try out the service offered by the site; it quickly grasped my website's content and automatically generated SEO-friendly articles, though the originality of the content could still be improved.
thanks for actually signing up and trying it, and honestly the originality note is fair. it's the hardest part and i'm not going to pretend it's done. two things that help a lot: set the global instructions for your site (tone, what to avoid, who it's for) and give it stuff only you know, like how your calculator actually works. generic input, generic output. cycle/health content is also a niche where the model plays it extra safe by default so it needs more pushing than most. if you paste me a link to one that felt flat i'll go look at exactly where it went generic. that's more useful to me than a nice review honestly

thanks! biggest surprise from beta was how much people cared about the publishing part vs the research part. most founders already know roughly what they should write about, it just never gets written. so most of my time went into deleting the human step in the middle instead of making nicer keyword reports. second surprise was chatgpt. people kept asking if their brand comes up when someone asks for a recommendation and had no way to check. went from side idea to a main feature. and yeah, a keyword export from 3 months ago is a snapshot of a market that already moved
Spook looks like a promising way to simplify SEO for founders who don’t have time to research keywords and produce content manually. I especially like the focus on identifying “winnable” queries based on a site’s existing authority, rather than recommending high-volume keywords that a newer site has little chance of ranking for. I’d be interested to know how Spook measures rankings and visibility within ChatGPT, and what safeguards it uses to prevent automatically published content from becoming generic or repetitive. Great concept—congrats on the launch!
thank you, and these are the two questions i actually care about so happy to answer properly. chatgpt visibility: there's no ranking to scrape so it doesn't work like serp tracking. it runs a bunch of real buyer questions in your niche, the kind of thing someone would actually type, and checks if your brand comes up, where, and who's getting recommended instead of you. runs on a schedule so you get a trend not a one off reading. the questions where you're just absent are the useful bit, those become the things to write about. generic/repetitive: a few layers. voice comes from your actual site not a tone dropdown, you can set standing instructions for everything, nothing publishes below a quality bar (fails just get held back instead of shipped to hit a quota), and new topics get checked against what you already published so you don't end up with 4 near identical posts. but i'll be straight with you, automated content isn't the same as something written by someone who knows the space cold. it's for covering the long tail you'd never get to and keeping the site alive, not replacing your best stuff. the more site specific input you give it the less generic it gets. thanks for the congrats, happy to go deeper on either of those
As a growth operator who’s worked with multiple saas founders, I would say Spook is actually pretty useful for SEO/GEO. I have personally seen some really good results from it.

The auto-pilot angle for both Google and ChatGPT traffic is smart — that is exactly where organic discovery is shifting. Pairing programmatic SEO with AI search visibility looks like a strong combo for content teams, and the positioning as an always-on traffic source is very clear. Would love to see a case study on how quickly a brand-new site starts ranking with it.
Congrats on the launch. The part I like is "winnable queries": most SEO tools hand you a keyword list and leave the authority gap for you to discover after three months of writing. Scoring queries against what your domain can actually rank for, and only then writing, is the right order. Two questions from someone with a small site: how does Spook keep the brand voice from drifting once it has written 50 pieces, and does the "review first" mode let me edit in place before it publishes, or is it approve/reject only? Building Stoa (talktostoa.com) and our long-tail pages are hand-written for now, so I'm curious where the quality line sits. Good luck this week.
The interesting part here is the "winnable queries" filter. A lot of SEO tools dump keywords, but very few connect authority, topic fit, and publish-ready output in one loop. I’d be curious how you keep the auto-published content from drifting into repetitive wording over time, especially across similar pages.

Really like the “winnable queries” approach. Most SEO tools are good at finding keywords, but not at telling you which ones your site can realistically compete for right now. I’m curious how Spook handles content overlap as it scales — does it detect keyword cannibalization and decide when to update an existing page instead of creating a new one? That feels especially important for fully automated publishing. Congrats on the launch!
This is a really interesting approach to SEO—especially the focus on finding queries where a site can realistically compete instead of just targeting high-volume keywords. Automating the research → content → publishing workflow could save website owners a huge amount of time. I also like the focus on visibility across both Google and AI search. As more people discover websites through ChatGPT and other AI tools, tools like this could become increasingly valuable. 🚀 I’m working on a similar growth journey with https://speakerrescue.online/ and it’s interesting to see how AI-powered SEO is evolving for smaller websites and businesses.

Spook looks like an interesting tool for businesses that want to simplify SEO and content creation. I like the idea of finding realistic search opportunities and automating content creation while still giving users the option to review content before publishing. It could be especially useful for small teams looking to increase organic visibility without spending hours on keyword research and content production. This is a smart approach to SEO for the AI-search era. Curious how you handle content localization — does it work well for non-English content, or is it tuned specifically for English SEO signals?

The authority-versus-competition approach to finding winnable queries is sensible. What guardrails stop auto-publishing from creating thin or overlapping pages—especially when two query clusters share the same intent—and can teams require source review before anything goes live?

Ranking queries by the authority gap instead of raw volume/KD is the right framing; most tools leave that math to the user. Honest question from someone running a DR 7 site: what does Spook do when the truthful answer is that nothing is winnable yet? Does it fall back to KD 0-5 long-tail, or does it still generate content against queries the site can't rank for? And on auto-publish: is that WordPress-first, or can it push to a Next.js site with no CMS (git commit / API)?
