Sled is affiliate infrastructure built natively for Polar.sh. Drop in one script, wire one webhook, and start tracking referrals with recurring commission — in under 2 minutes.
No percentage fees. No per-affiliate pricing. No Stripe-first workarounds. Just a flat $12/mo after your first 3 affiliates (free forever until then).
Recurring subscription renewals are attributed automatically. Refunds trigger auto-clawback. Self-referral and disposable-email fraud blocking come on by default. Zero third-party trackers — IPs are hashed with per-deployment salt.
We dogfood our own product: Sled’s Pro plan is billed through Sled.

Hey everyone! I’m Arda, the solo dev behind Sled. I built Sled because I was selling on Polar.sh and wanted to run an affiliate program — but every tool out there was either Stripe-first (forcing workarounds for Polar), expensive ($49+/mo), or took a percentage cut on every commission. So I built what I needed: native Polar.sh webhook support, automatic recurring commission on subscription renewals, refund clawback, and fraud defaults — all for a flat $12/mo. No percentage fees, ever. The setup is genuinely 3 code snippets. One tracking script on your site, one webhook URL in Polar, and passing a cookie at checkout. Most people are live in under 2 minutes. I dogfood this daily — Sled’s own Pro plan is billed and tracked through Sled. Free tier gives you 3 affiliates forever, no credit card required. Would love your feedback!
Affiliate tracking without commission is a smart positioning. For indie makers on Polar, this removes a real barrier to running a referral program. How are you handling fraud detection for fake referrals?

Thanks Munish! Fraud prevention is baked in by default — three layers: 1. Self-referral blocking — affiliates can’t refer themselves (cookie + email matching) 2. Disposable email detection — signups from throwaway email providers are flagged and blocked automatically 3. IP hashing with per-deployment salt — helps catch patterns without storing raw IPs Plus refund auto-clawback means even if a fraudulent referral slips through, the commission gets reversed the moment the charge is refunded. No manual cleanup needed.

I really like that you kept the pricing simple. A flat monthly fee is much easier to justify than giving up a percentage of every sale. The recurring commission tracking is also a nice touch since that's where a lot of affiliate tools fall short. Congrats on the launch!

Thanks Ali, really appreciate that! Yeah the flat pricing was a deliberate choice — I didn’t want creators doing mental math on whether their affiliate program is “worth it” at their current MRR. $12 is $12 whether you’re doing $500 or $50K. And recurring attribution was non-negotiable for me — an affiliate who brings in a customer paying monthly should keep earning, not just get credit for month 1. Glad that resonates!

The recurring commission attribution is what caught my attention. Most affiliate tools handle the initial conversion well, but recurring subscriptions are where things usually get messy. Nice to see that built in from day one.
