Curious how you handle qualification when a lead answers vaguely: does the AI push a clarifying question or score with what it has? We build in cold outreach and the reply-to-meeting step is consistently where deals leak, so the follow-up-on-silence feature is the one I would lean on hardest.

The speed angle is huge here. Instagram and WhatsApp DMs are where a lot of initial interest lives, but most teams can't respond fast enough during business hours. Huge pain point addressed here—speed-to-lead is everything in social selling, and losing high-intent DMs just because a response took a few hours kills conversions. Being a Meta Business Partner is also a massive trust signal right out of the gate.
