I built SendPhoto to make client gallery delivery simpler for photographers. The goal is a clean workflow after editing: upload a shoot, organize it into collections, protect it with passwords and watermarks, and give clients an easy mobile-friendly way to view or download their photos and videos.

Genuinely curious about the positioning vs Pic-Time and Pixieset. Those are the two everyone in the wedding/portrait world defaults to, and switching costs are high once a photographer has a year of client galleries living somewhere. What's the wedge?

We have done a full analysis of reviews accross various platforms using automated self-built tools and we found that the biggest pain points come from speed, reliability, ui clutter and most importantly price. Our main advantage is a much simpler onboarding process, allowing anyone to begin delivering their work. This tool is east to switch to as a photographer can try it out in one of his photoshoots and see the difference by himself. We think of the switch as a gradual adoption instead of a brusque change of platform.

I think the strongest part of this is the simplicity angle. A lot of gallery tools become overloaded with workflows, storefronts, collaboration systems, and account requirements. For many photographers, the real job is just: upload the shoot, protect the work, and make delivery painless for clients. “Clients can browse and download without creating an account” is probably more valuable than it sounds. Reducing friction on the client side is a pretty underrated feature in creative workflows.

Thanks, you are right! We truly do believe that there is no need to overcomplicate such a simple workflow, yet we give all the knowledge a photographer might need. They can see who viewed, who downloaded what picture, and all of that without the need for clients to create an account.
