Next calai clone, doesn't make any sense
But much better, you know, keep using products kids built and dont wonder later why your phsical goals are still stuck for 10 years. CalAI dude has nothing to do with nutrition / exercise / science, but a good buisness though.

A great product mate, respect.
Finally, a health app that adapts to me, not the other way around. I’ve tried countless calorie counters, but Salute is in a league of its own. It doesn't just give me static numbers; it actually learns my metabolism and adjusts my targets dynamically. The food database is massive, and the ability to scan barcodes saves me tons of time. I also love that I can manage my workouts and habits all in one place. It feels like having a dietitian and personal trainer in my pocket. The AI form check is a game-changer for my home workouts. Highly recommend!
Thanks mate it is much appreciated, stay tuned for updates!
The all-in-one view for meals, workouts, and habits is a strong idea because users often lose context when these are split across different apps. It would be helpful to see weekly correlations, such as whether workout consistency affects calorie adherence. Are these insights available in the current dashboard?
Thanks for the feedback. The analytics dashboard is designed for data fans with many type of analysis ranging from simple charts describing your micro / macro / calories intake over time to the distibution of meals across daytime, weekdays in which you more likely to adhere to recommendations and the opposite. The specific analysis you recommended does not exist, YET, but it is a great idea and I will definitly implement this on the next release! thanks.
Salute is a thoughtful take on the calorie-tracking category. I like that it connects nutrition, training, and habits instead of treating calorie targets as static formulas, especially the way targets adapt based on real progress. The combination of the food database, exercise library, and behavioral plans feels unusually complete. How does the system balance short-term fluctuations with longer-term trends when adjusting energy targets?
Thanks for the feedback! to your questions, briefly, short term fluctuations are averaged over a week and a fluctuation is defined as signficant about a certain threshold based on the literature (i.e. ~200kcals/day fluctuation is sufficient to make you overweight over a long period of time). On top of this I smooth the trend and the corrections in energy expenditure are capped so to avoid extreme and frequent changes so to the user it will feel a stable process. More about this algorithm in a blog post I wrote: https://www.trysalute.com/blog/posts/salute-adaptive-ee-algorithm/
Very impressive feature set and a strong science-based approach. The adaptive calorie coaching and AI tools stand out. I think the app description could be shorter and more focused to make the key benefits easier to grasp at first glance, but overall it looks like a comprehensive and well-designed fitness platform.

Actually a nice app! Great job!
I'd suggest using flat colors instead of gradients. lessens the "ai vibe coded" look

Nice tool A great product .
This looks like a genuinely useful all-in-one system! Juggling a full-time job, family, and side projects leaves very little time to manage multiple different health and fitness apps, so having nutrition, training, and habit tracking under one roof is a major plus. I do a lot of fitness-oriented cooking at home with my air fryer, so the massive food database and the ability to quickly save custom meals and recipes will be super helpful for staying on track without the usual logging hassle. The fact that the calorie targets dynamically adapt to your actual progress rather than just relying on static formulas is a game-changer. The AI form check for squats and lunges is also a brilliant touch. Great launch, team!
