Hi everyone! I built Pumpynotes because I was tired of juggling separate apps for my notes, calendar, and budget. I wanted one simple, fast place to keep my plans, ideas, and money together. It is now in open beta and supports 7 languages. Would love your feedback!
Pumpynotes really nails the “one place for everything” idea without feeling bloated. I like how notes, calendar, and personal finance are all tightly integrated instead of being three separate apps glued together. Block-based notes with sub-notes plus a unified dashboard for today’s agenda, quick notes, and upcoming payments make it very easy to see both tasks and money at a glance. Multi-currency support and real-time rate conversion are also super helpful for people who get paid or spend in more than one currency.

Thank you, this really made my day. The "not bloated" part is exactly what I worry about most, since adding a third pillar like finance makes it very easy to end up with a heavy app. The dashboard was the hardest piece to get right for that reason. Multi-currency came from my own frustration, I was tracking things in two currencies in a spreadsheet and it never added up. Thanks for taking the time to look this closely!
Keeping notes, calendar and multi-currency budgeting in one workspace instead of three apps is the part that sold me, especially the unified dashboard for today's agenda and upcoming payments. Which of the 7 languages came first?
Founder of Pumpynotes, an all-in-one app for notes, calendar, and personal finance.
Thanks! Yes, that three-app juggling was the whole reason I started building it. English came first because Pumpynotes is built to be global from day one, and after that the goal has simply been to let people use it in their own language. We are at 7 now and more are on the way.

One thing I appreciate is that you've clearly focused on solving a specific problem rather than trying to build everything at once. As you continue growing, how are you planning to gather user feedback and decide which features to prioritize? I think that's one of the hardest parts of building an early-stage product.
Founder of Pumpynotes, an all-in-one app for notes, calendar, and personal finance.
Thank you, and that is the question I keep chewing on. Right now it is mostly direct: there is built-in support in the app on every plan, including the free one, so people can write to us without leaving the product, and I read all of it. Launches like this one are useful too, since the questions people ask reveal what they expected the product to do. Alongside that I look at where people drop off, because that usually tells a different story than what anyone says out loud. For prioritising, my rough rule is that a request has to fit the core idea of keeping plans, notes and budget in one place. If it does not, it probably belongs in another app. How are you handling it with ReadRiff?

I really like the focused “one place for everything” approach. Notes, calendar planning, and budgeting are usually spread across several apps, so bringing them together in one clean workspace makes a lot of sense. The block-based notes, sub-notes, unified dashboard, and multi-currency support should be especially useful for freelancers, remote workers, and people managing projects across different countries. Curious if notes can be linked directly to calendar events or budget transactions. Congrats on the open beta and seven-language support!

Thank you! And you picked exactly the group I had in mind, people working across projects and currencies. On linking: notes and calendar can already be connected, so an event and its note stay together. Notes to budget transactions is not there yet, but that is high on my list since it is where the "one place" idea really pays off. Appreciate the thoughtful note!

Bringing notes, calendar planning and budgeting into one workspace could reduce the friction of switching between several apps. The seven-language support and multi-currency budgeting are particularly useful. Can calendar events or financial records be linked directly to a specific note or project?
Founder of Pumpynotes, an all-in-one app for notes, calendar, and personal finance.
Thanks, that is a great question. Calendar and notes can be linked, so an event and the related note stay connected instead of sitting in separate silos. Finance is not linked that way yet, but you are pointing at exactly where a unified workspace pays off the most, so it is high on my list. Really appreciate the feedback.

Thank you! Glad that part landed, since cutting down the app switching was the whole starting point. English came first because Pumpynotes is built for a global audience from day one, and the goal since then has been to let people use it in their own language. 7 so far, and we are not done adding.

Really one place for managing the motes calendar and budget are simply awesome every between apps its always tiring thing.

Thank you! That tiredness from jumping between apps was exactly what started this. Glad it resonates.
Combining plans, notes, and budgets in one workspace is a useful focus.
Founder of Pumpynotes, an all-in-one app for notes, calendar, and personal finance.
Thank you! That combination is exactly what I was missing myself, so glad it makes sense to you too.
Notes + calendar + budget is an ambitious combo - in most all-in-one tools the budget module is the first thing users abandon. Multi-currency from day one suggests you're aiming at expats/travelers, which is genuinely underserved. How does the free plan cap - note count or features? Dashboard looks clean, congrats on the launch.
Founder of Pumpynotes, an all-in-one app for notes, calendar, and personal finance.
Thanks, and you are right that the budget module is usually the first thing to go. My take is that it survives only if it is not a separate destination, which is why it sits on the same dashboard as your agenda rather than in its own corner. On the free plan, notes are not capped by count. The limits are on the finance side, one wallet and one budget category, plus some of the notification options. So the free plan stays genuinely usable rather than being a countdown to a paywall. And yes, multi-currency came from exactly that pain, income and spending in more than one currency. Appreciate the launch wishes!

One thing I’d love to know: can notes be connected to specific calendar entries or financial transactions? And congrats on the open beta

The unified dashboard is a practical idea, especially for users who want to manage planning, notes, and personal finances without switching between several apps. I also like the combination of recurring reminders and multi-currency budgeting, which makes it more useful for people managing both daily tasks and finances.
Founder of Pumpynotes, an all-in-one app for notes, calendar, and personal finance.
Thanks! That combination is exactly what I was after. Tasks and money usually live in separate tools, but they affect the same day, so keeping them on one dashboard felt like the obvious thing to try. Glad it reads that way from the outside too.
i love it like 2 in 1 place thing

Thank you! It is actually three in one, notes, calendar and budget together. Glad the idea clicks!

What I like about Pumpynotes is how it brings notes, planning, and personal finance into one clean workspace instead of making you jump between multiple apps. The block-based notes, linked calendar, reminders, and multi-currency budgeting feel especially thoughtful for everyday use. Simple idea, but very practical execution.
Founder of Pumpynotes, an all-in-one app for notes, calendar, and personal finance.
Thank you, that is exactly the balance I was going for. The hard part with an all-in-one is keeping it clean instead of cramming everything in, so "simple idea, practical execution" is honestly the best thing I could hear. Appreciate you looking this closely!

Looks great! Does this integrate with tools that I am currently using for this? Would it be possible to import from those apps?
Founder of Pumpynotes, an all-in-one app for notes, calendar, and personal finance.
Thanks! Right now there is no direct import from other apps yet, so it is a fresh start rather than a migration. It is something I want to add though, since switching costs are real and nobody wants to re-enter everything by hand. Which apps would you most want to import from? That would help me prioritize.

I think it will be quite helpful, since I need a lightweight note-taking tool that organizes notes by date without having to use a heavy app like Notion. I’ll give it a try
Founder of Pumpynotes, an all-in-one app for notes, calendar, and personal finance.
Thanks! That is exactly the gap I felt too, wanting something lighter that still keeps notes organized by date without the weight of a full workspace tool. Would love to hear how it goes once you try it.

I like the idea of combining productivity and personal finance instead of juggling multiple apps. Looking forward to seeing how PumpyNotes evolves. https://www.paylocity.com.co

Thanks! Combining the two was the whole idea, glad it resonates.
Clean concept with a nice combination of notes, calendar, and budgeting in one app. The multi-currency support and multilingual features are great additions. You could make the description even stronger by highlighting what makes Umpynotes unique compared to other productivity apps like Notion or Evernote.
Founder of Pumpynotes, an all-in-one app for notes, calendar, and personal finance.
Thank you, that is genuinely useful feedback. You are right that the description leans on what it does rather than why it is different. The short version: most tools make you choose between notes, planning, or budgeting, and Pumpynotes keeps all three in one place without getting heavy. I will work that angle into the copy. Appreciate you taking the time.
