ChatGPT is stateless per session: great at summarizing whatever you paste in, but it doesn't persist or reconcile a claim across separate emails over time. That persistence is the part I'm building.

Thanks! Matching is by the invoice's actual identifiers (reference number + amount + vendor), not the subject line — so a forwarded/mangled chain still resolves to the same underlying claim.
