Forms are basically the 'tax' of the internet, everyone hates paying them. Moving from a stiff UI to a natural messaging flow is the right move for 2026. I'm particularly interested in the Certiscore; how does it handle the qualitative sentiment from AI voice notes? Being able to 'chat' with your results instead of staring at a CSV is a massive win for non-data founders
