6I built PersonaChat to make AI character chat feel more curated, story-ready, and personal. Instead of a noisy catalog, the goal is to help users discover fictional companions with clear personalities, immersive roleplay modes, and creator-made characters they can actually enjoy chatting with.

The user-created personas angle is interesting — that's what made Character.AI sticky early on. Curious how you're thinking about content moderation at scale when users can create their own characters. That seems like the hard problem in this space.
Thanks, that’s a great question. The way we think about it is to separate private creation from public discovery. Users can create their own characters for personal use, and those characters stay private unless they request to publish them. Chats are private as well. So the public catalog is not automatically filled with everything users create. If a user wants a character to appear publicly, it needs to go through review first. That gives us a cleaner way to keep PersonaChat focused on SFW fictional characters while still letting users build their own private personas. So moderation is less about trying to police one giant open catalog after the fact, and more about controlling what gets public visibility in the first place. That feels like the right balance for us at this stage.
Curious about Naxely too — what's the AI-powered angle you're building there? Sounds like we might be solving similar distribution challenges.
