The period and cycle tracker built for couples
4.8(6)8HealthRelationshipsLifestyle
Otty is a period and cycle tracker built for couples that works just as well solo. It maps the month into simple phases with plain names like Storm (Period) on one shared calendar, and each day it offers one specific suggestion for what helps with mood, energy, and support right now. Couples who pair get Comfort Coupons, Deck Night conversation cards, a shared Comfort Menu, love notes, and nudges that reach the right person at the right time. Cycle data is stored locally by default and sign-in is optional. Available in English, Spanish, and French on iOS, free to try with a subscription for the full feature set.
Shared phase calendar with plain-language phase names. One specific phase-aware tip every day, whether the cycle is yours or your partner's. Daily mood and symptom check-ins that reveal your patterns by phase. Comfort Coupons, Deck Night conversation cards, and a shared Comfort Menu for couples. Love notes, date ideas, and relationship milestones. Local-first data with optional sign-in.
Tracking your own cycle with quick daily check-ins, knowing how to support a partner during each phase, and keeping a couple connected through PMS week without guesswork.

8Hi Fazier! I built Otty because every period app I could find was built for one person, while the other person in the relationship was left guessing. Otty puts the cycle on one shared calendar with plain phase names like Storm (Period), and each day it hands the partner one specific thing to do, more "heavy blanket and zero plans tonight" than "be supportive." It works solo too, with check-ins and symptom patterns by phase. It is live on iOS in English, Spanish, and French, and I would love feedback, especially from anyone else building consumer apps for couples.
Local-first by default for period data is such a rare and right call. And the comfort coupons are cute ngl. Does the partner need their own account to see the shared calendar, or can they just peek at a link? Login being optional is great but I wonder how the couple sync works then.
Great question. Solo use needs no account at all, everything stays on the device. Pairing is where sign-in comes in: both partners install Otty, create accounts, and connect once with an invite code, then the shared calendar and everything else syncs between them. There is deliberately no peek-by-link, since a URL that shows cycle data is one forwarded message away from being public. And sharing is opt-in item by item, so the person whose cycle it is decides exactly what their partner sees and can change it anytime. Glad the coupons landed, honored ones turn into little keepsakes which is one of our favorite detail in the app.
Damn so simple idea and so useful. nice work.
Thank you for the nice words!

The local-first approach is especially reassuring for sensitive cycle data. The shared phase calendar and concrete daily suggestions feel more actionable than a generic partner notification; granular controls over exactly what gets shared would make the concept even stronger.
