3I built NoteOperator because I wanted a simple Markdown workspace where both humans and AI agents (like Claude) can read and edit notes. The MCP support is built-in — no plugins, just an API key and your AI is connected. Free to use, sign in with Google or GitHub!
Awesome product! Is it free?
Indie maker building useful web tools
The built-in MCP angle is the most interesting part here. A markdown workspace is easy to understand, but adding scoped API keys for Claude or Cursor turns it from “another notes app” into infrastructure for human + agent collaboration, which is a much stronger story. What I’d love to see highlighted more is how permissions and version history work once agents can edit notes. Even a simple diff view, note-level agent scope, or rollback story would make the trust model much clearer for teams that want AI assistance without giving up control.
