Built this while doing freelance data work. Clients always wanted reports, not raw spreadsheets. Spent hours formatting the same thing manually every time. So I built Naxely to automate that part. Launching on Product Hunt this Wednesday too — would love any feedback from the community.
Going from a raw CSV to a branded, client-ready PDF in under a minute is a real time saver for anyone sending regular reports. Can you save templates for recurring clients?
Solo founder building Naxely — AI-powered PDF report generator for freelancers and agencies
yeah, that's actually already live — you can save a report as a template and reuse it for the same client next time instead of rebuilding the layout/sections each time. built it exactly for that recurring-client use case
Great work! The product looks great throughout.

Nice idea. The product looks great throughout.
So... does it work with Posthog or MS Clarity?
Solo founder building Naxely — AI-powered PDF report generator for freelancers and agencies
Not as a native integration right now — Naxely takes CSV/Google Sheets as input, so if you can export your Posthog or Clarity data as CSV, you can drop it straight in and get a report out. Direct integration is something I'd consider if there's real demand for it.
ALL IN AI
So here's the dirty little secret: I built Naxely out of sheer spreadsheet-induced rage. I was doing freelance data work, and every single client looked at my beautiful, meticulously curated raw data and went, "Cool, now where's the report?" Cue me formatting the exact same charts, tables, and color codes for the 47th time at 2 AM. That's when I snapped — and Naxely was born. It does the boring stuff so I don't have to. Oh, and we're going live on Product Hunt this Wednesday. Come roast it — or love it. Either way, I want your honest take.

Ha, this is basically my story too — except mine was Excel, not spreadsheets, but same 2am rage. Went and checked yours out, love that it's solving the exact same "why am I formatting this by hand again" problem. Good luck with the PH launch Wednesday, following along.

intresting result i get when use for my own project data. thank you.

Glad it worked well on your data — that's genuinely the best feedback I can get at this stage. Let me know if anything felt off or could be better.
Love the idea. Converters will always be actual just because people always need information in different formats

Yeah, that's basically the bet here — data formats change, but "someone needs this turned into something readable" never goes away. Appreciate you checking it ou

The AI automation platform: build agents, automate workflows, ship apps, no code.
The anomaly detection is what separates this from a generic "CSV to PDF" tool, that's where the AI actually earns its place. Two questions: can you lock the branded template (fonts, colors, logo) once so every client report comes out consistent without re-styling each time? And does the Google Sheets connection refresh on a schedule, or is it a one-off import at generation time? Agencies doing weekly reporting would care a lot about that second one.
Solo founder building Naxely — AI-powered PDF report generator for freelancers and agencies
Branding: yes, locked once. Set logo/colors/company name in Settings once and every report after that pulls from your account automatically — no re-styling per report. Google Sheets: this one's more honest to answer than I'd like. It's a one-time import, not a live connection. When you connect a Sheet, Naxely pulls it once and caches it. Scheduled reports reuse that same cached copy — there's no auto-refresh, so if you edit the Sheet after import, the report won't reflect that until you manually re-upload. For agencies doing weekly reporting off a live Sheet, that's a real limitation right now, not a hidden feature I'm dressing up. It's on my list to fix.

Fixed the Sheets refresh issue we talked about here — reports connected to a Google Sheet now pull fresh data at generation time instead of a one-time cached import. That includes scheduled reports too. Thanks for flagging it, this was a real gap.
Hi, I just discovered your project on Fazier and I really like the direction you’re taking. I noticed a strong growth opportunity that could help you reach more targeted users, especially through Reddit community marketing, citation building, and strategic email outreach. Many brands are missing thousands of potential customers because their audience is already discussing their problems, looking for recommendations, and searching for solutions inside niche communities. I help businesses turn those conversations into brand visibility, trust, traffic, and qualified leads through authentic Reddit engagement and conversion-focused email strategies. I’d love to share a few growth ideas tailored specifically to your project. Best Regards, Olayinka Adeoye +1 479 739 7382 (WHATSAPP)
The thing I'd think hardest about: your "AI insights + anomaly detection" ships inside a document with the freelancer's logo on it, in front of their client. That's a very different risk profile than an internal dashboard — if the model calls a normal seasonal dip an "anomaly," or writes a confident recommendation off a tiny sample, it's the freelancer's credibility that takes the hit, not yours. So: can the user review, edit or delete each AI insight before export, and do you surface the underlying rows behind a flagged anomaly? I build an AI-sourced data product, and the thing that actually bought us trust wasn't accuracy claims — it was making every number traceable back to where it came from. For a report someone puts their name on, that traceability isn't a nice-to-have, it's the feature.

Honest answer: not yet. Right now there's no review step before export — CSV in, PDF out. You can't edit or dismiss an individual insight before it ships. The underlying data is actually half-built for this. Anomaly detection is a plain Z-score check, and the triggering row/value/deviation are stored in the database and come back through the API — but the PDF only pulls the written sentence, not the numbers behind it. So the traceability data exists, it's just not surfaced anywhere yet. You and Samuli below asked the same thing independently, which tells me it's not a nice-to-have. Putting a drill-down view on the roadmap now — won't promise a date, but it's real.
really good work keep it up

The formatting time is real, but the part I'd worry about is the AI-generated insights and anomaly detection, since my name is on the report. If it flags an anomaly and the client asks me about it in the meeting, I need to defend it. Do you expose the underlying numbers behind each insight, or is it prose only? A "here's why we flagged this" drill-down is what would make me comfortable sending it out under my own branding.
Solo founder building Naxely — AI-powered PDF report generator for freelancers and agencies
Same answer I gave pedro below: no drill-down today. The anomaly flag is a Z-score check, and the row/value that triggered it is sitting in the database, but the PDF only shows the prose explanation, not the numbers. So right now if a client asks you to defend a flagged anomaly, you'd have to go back to your own source data manually — Naxely won't hand you the receipt yet. That's a real gap for anyone putting their name on the report, agreed. Adding it to the backlog.

Curious about the automation potential - can the scheduled PDF generation integrate with workflow tools like Zapier or Make? Also wondering if you support exporting to formats beyond PDF like PPTX for presentation decks.
Solo founder building Naxely — AI-powered PDF report generator for freelancers and agencies
PPTX export is live, on the Agency tier. Zapier/Make isn't built yet — no native integration today. If that's something you'd actually use, tell me more about the workflow you have in mind, genuinely useful to know what the automation hook would need to do.
