Kineo turns any topic into a ready-to-post faceless YouTube Short: it writes the script, records the AI voiceover, matches stock footage to every line, and burns in word-timed captions - a vertical 9:16 video in about 2-4 minutes. Fast previews are free, no card needed.
Proof instead of promises: we run our own 12,600-subscriber channel on Kineo's Autopilot and publish its numbers weekly on a public case-study page - flat weeks and drops included. Same engine every user gets.

26I built Kineo after my own faceless channel was eating 3-4 hours per video. The hard part was never "generating video" - every tool does that - it was making captions and cuts land exactly on the spoken words, and proving the loop end-to-end: on July 27 we handed our own 12.6k-subscriber channel to Kineo's Autopilot, and we publish its numbers every week on a public case-study page, drops included. If you think faceless channels are dead or AI ones can't work, tell me why - happy to answer anything about the pipeline.

Kineo has great potential and offers some useful features, but I encountered a few issues that could be improved. Please contact me so I can share detailed feedback and suggest the changes I'd like to see. Email: [email protected]
Thanks for trying it! Feel free to post the issues right here so others can see the fixes land, or write us at [email protected] - we ship daily, so specifics turn into fixes fast.

The content production friction here is genuinely compelling. Most aspiring creators face a brutal reality - they have ideas and expertise but lack either videography skills or the funds to hire someone. The traditional path means spending weeks learning Adobe Premiere, hunting for stock footage, or paying $5k+ for editing help. Kineo removes that friction entirely by turning script-to-shorts into a 2-minute workflow. Being able to just describe a video concept and get a polished YouTube Short with voiceover and matching visuals transforms what felt impossible into something solo creators can actually do daily. For educational content creators, finance explainers, and niche experts especially, that ability to go from idea to published video without hiring or learning complex tools is what changes the game from "stuck with writing" to "competing with videographers."
You nailed the exact user we build for - people with ideas and no editing stack. The "daily" part is why we went as far as Autopilot: the real test of removing friction isn't one good video, it's whether a channel can keep shipping every day without a human in the loop. That's what the public case study tracks. Thanks for the thoughtful read.
It has all the necessary functions. Sure, it works fine.
Thanks for kicking the tires! If anything felt missing while you tested, tell me here or at [email protected] - the roadmap is basically user notes at this point.
The public case study is what caught my attention—it makes the product feel much more credible. I’m curious though: how do you keep the stock footage and pacing from making different channels feel too similar?
Great question - it's the thing we rebuilt most recently. Footage queries aren't picked from the topic; each scene's search terms are derived from that scene's actual voiceover line, so two channels covering different angles pull different clips even inside the same niche. Pacing follows the script's own beat structure (hook, escalations, payoff) rather than a fixed template, so rhythm changes with the writing. Honest caveat: it's all stock footage underneath, so two channels on the exact same topic can overlap - the differentiation comes from angle, voice and script, which is also where we tell users to compete.

Congrats with the launch
great tool indeed, keep it going!
Great contribution! I hope it helps many more people.
One thing that stands out is the clean user experience. Products that save even a few minutes on repetitive tasks can have a significant impact over time. It would be great if future updates included more customization options so different teams can adapt the workflow to their own processes.
One of the very few platforms that claim this. Gonna try it

Automating faceless Shorts is a real time-saver. Curious how you handle voice consistency across videos — is the voice model locked per project or configurable?

grate tool! https://lumenread.net/
My marketing colleague recently tried this and found it extremely easy and useful
I make Shorts in 3 minutes—the script, voiceover, and subtitles are ready right away. It's a real time saver!

The YouTube Shorts creation friction here is genuinely compelling. Most creators struggle because making consistent Shorts manually means grinding through scripting, voiceover recording, footage hunting, and timing everything perfectly. The traditional path either means spending hours on repetitive editing work while your real content strategy suffers, or paying agencies that cost hundreds per video. Kineo removes all that friction by turning a simple topic into a ready to post 9:16 video automatically. Being able to say "I want a Short about this topic" and have it script, voice, match footage and caption itself in minutes transforms what felt like a bottleneck into something creators can actually scale. For anyone building an audience on YouTube especially, that ability to batch create quality Shorts without the editing overhead is what changes the game from struggling to keep up with posting frequency to actually having a sustainable content engine.
