Hey, we’re the Kiku team! We’re excited to announce the beta launch of Kiku’s time off management app here on Fazier! 🎉 As a fully remote team spread across the globe, managing schedules across time zones, PTOs, and vacation days was a constant challenge. We were tired of juggling endless spreadsheets and wanted a simple way for HR to track and manage requests while keeping everyone connected. Beyond the core features like requesting, approving, or declining time off, we added holidays, birthdays, and work anniversaries - and it’s made a huge difference in building stronger internal connections. Since we can’t gather around the lunchroom cake anymore, these little moments help us celebrate and stay connected across departments. These small interactions have had a big impact on keeping our team in the loop, and HR loves how easy it is to manage requests - especially when payroll time comes around. Great product with a wide range of features! Real-time PTO tracking, quick requests, and smart filters make scheduling easy and efficient. The team calendar, notifications, and exportable reports add real value. Highly recommended!
