Hi, maker here. InOneShot came out of a very manual, very boring task: generating dozens of personalized attestations/certificates from an Excel list, one by one in Word. I built it so anyone can drag a PDF template, map the fields to Excel columns, and get a full ZIP of personalized PDFs in one click — no cloud, no per-document fee. Happy to answer questions about the templating or Excel mapping.

This is genuinely useful — turning an Excel sheet + PDF template into hundreds of personalized files in one click solves a painful manual workflow. Love that it runs as a focused Windows app. Congrats on #1 of the day, well deserved! A couple of ideas: a preview-before-batch step and saved mappings would make repeat runs even faster.

The one-time price is a nice change from all the monthly plans. Bulk PDFs from an Excel list will save HR teams and schools many hours. Can it also send each PDF by email to the person on that row? That would finish the whole job in one step.

Thank you, that's exactly the idea behind the one-time price! 🙏 Great question: right now InOneShot generates the personalized PDFs and packs them into a ZIP, but sending each one by email to the person on its row is high on my roadmap. I'd love to hear how you'd want it to work (SMTP, Outlook, Gmail?)

Clean tool! Converting Excel data to personalized PDFs in bulk is a huge timesaver. Does it support dynamic image insertion or custom branding templates?

Thanks! 🙏 Custom branding works since you design your own PDF template (logo, colors, layout) and InOneShot fills in the fields. [Dynamic images per row (e.g. a photo or signature from a column) aren't supported yet, but it's a great idea and I'm noting it.

Running fully local is a big plus for HR and notary work where the data can't leave the PC. How does it handle Excel rows with missing values: does it skip the field, leave it blank, or flag the row before generating? A quick "rows with problems" report before the batch runs would save a lot of reprinting.

Thanks, and great point! 🙏 Right now an empty cell just leaves that field blank in the PDF, there's no warning before the batch. A "rows with problems" report (missing values flagged before generating) is exactly the kind of safeguard that avoids reprints, so I'm adding it to my roadmap. For HR and notary documents, would you rather block the batch or just get a warning list?

Love that it's 100% local. For HR or notary docs, keeping data off the cloud is a real selling point. Does it handle conditional fields, like showing a line only when a column isn't empty?

Exactly, that was the main reason for going local: HR and notary data should never have to leave your computer. 🔒 [Conditional fields aren't available yet. For now an empty cell leaves that spot blank, but showing or hiding a whole line is on my list.] (à adapter) Would that be your main use case?

Local-only is a big plus for HR data. Can the output file names come from a column, like Certificate_{Name}.pdf?
