Employee handbook builder
HandbookHub is an AI-powered employee handbook platform that helps companies create, publish, and manage their employee handbook in one place. Teams can generate policies with AI, keep content up to date, search the handbook in plain English or Slack, collect employee signatures, and track every change.

Most companies still create employee handbooks the hard way: weeks of writing in Word or Google Docs, expensive reviews, and eventually a PDF that becomes outdated and difficult for employees to use. I built HandbookHub to make that process much simpler. HandbookHub uses AI to help companies create a customized handbook, keep it up to date, and turn it into a living, searchable resource employees can actually use. Teams can collaborate on policies, search for answers, collect signatures, and manage everything in one place. I’ve been building software tools for over 10 years, and I’m continuing to improve HandbookHub based on real feedback from companies using it. I’d love to hear how your company currently handles employee handbooks and what you’d like to see improved.
Building PZERO, saving you money - pzero.studio
Letting employees search the handbook in plain English or from Slack, with signatures collected and every change tracked, turns a stale PDF into something people actually use. If the model spend behind policy generation ever becomes a line item worth trimming, pzero.studio is worth a look.
Pairing AI-drafted policies with signature tracking and version history covers the part most teams struggle with: proving who acknowledged which version. The location-specific gap suggestions sound especially useful for remote teams spread across states or countries. When a policy changes, do employees have to re-sign only the changed section, or the whole handbook?

I literally have no idea what employee handbook is, is it something like an SOP?
Indie maker building Fold — a one-time $19 invoice tool for freelancers and contractors.
Pairing Slack Q&A search with signature tracking and CSV audit trails covers both sides of the handbook problem: employees finding answers and HR proving acknowledgement. The location-specific policy gap suggestions sound especially useful for remote teams hiring across states or countries. When a policy changes, does HandbookHub automatically re-request signatures only from affected employees?
The process checklists with assignments look like the hidden gem here, since onboarding is where most small teams actually open the handbook. For a five-person shop where staff don't use Slack or company email, can employees read and sign a policy from a link on their phone without creating an account?
Starting from an uploaded PDF or Word handbook as AI context is a practical way to avoid a blank page. Do the location-specific policy gap suggestions get reviewed before they go into the published handbook?
