Wow, I can hardly believe it—Go-Publicly is finally live! This is my first ever shipped project, and pouring my heart into it while juggling a 9-to-7 job has been nothing short of a rollercoaster. There were late nights, early mornings, and moments where I wondered if I’d ever get here. But every line of code, every design tweak, and every bug fixed was fueled by a dream to create something meaningful for creators like you—folks building incredible apps, tools, and SaaS products. Building Go-Publicly alongside a full-time job wasn’t easy. There were days when exhaustion hit hard, and self-doubt crept in, whispering, “Can you really do this?” But the thought of empowering startups and creators to showcase their work, get feedback, and spark that first wave of traction kept me going. This platform is my love letter to the maker community—a place where your ideas can shine, where upvotes and comments turn dreams into reality, and where we celebrate every launch, big or small. Shipping this feels surreal. From wrestling with design to perfecting the footer badges (shoutout to Fazier for believing in us!), every step was a labor of love. I’m beyond grateful for the support of this community and for every single one of you who’ll explore, upvote, or share a project on Go-Publicly. This is just the beginning, and I’m so excited to see what we build together. Let’s keep creating, launching, and inspiring each other. Here’s to our first ship—and many more to come! — Sathish, Maker of Go-Publicly

How are you planning to drive traffic to go-publicly? I think these launch sites are actually somewhat a waste of time, because for example I'm only on Fazier right now to launch a product, then I see go-publicly and sure I'll go submit there too, but all the viewers are just going to these sites to launch their own products and no one is really going to be a user. Do you disagree, I'd be interested to hear your perspective?

Hey, I’m Sathish — the one behind GoPublicly. First-time founder here, just trying to build something useful for indie hackers like us. And I’ve been in your exact shoes — jumping on Frazier, Product Hunt, Betalist, whatever, just hoping to get a bit of traction… but in the end, it’s mostly other makers doing the same thing, right? You’re spot on — most people visiting these sites aren’t real users, they’re just here to launch their own product and move on. That cycle is kind of broken, and I don’t disagree with what you’re saying at all. But here’s why I’m still betting on GoPublicly: I'm not chasing mass launches, I care more about curation and quality — only showing cool, useful, real stuff so even casual browsers see something they’d actually want to try. I’m focusing on organic traffic, building blog posts, SEO, and backlinks to get people outside our little maker bubble to stumble in and discover new tools. That said — I know it’s far from perfect. I’m building this solo, and every piece of feedback helps shape what this becomes. If you had any issues submitting or anything that felt off or annoying — please tell me. You’d honestly be helping more than you know. And if you’ve got a wishlist for what you wish these launch platforms actually did, hit me with that too. I want to build that, not just copy what’s already out there. Appreciate you 💜

I enjoyed reading your post below discussing your story. Feel proud of the launch, it's a big thing to get it out the door. Also I respect Fazier for letting people launch would-be competitors on their platform, too. I'll be along soon to launch my product on your site, too.

Congrats on the launch - it definitely feels lonely building in the dark and makes it very hard to really know if what you're building has value...

These features sound like a great way to boost engagement and visibility for new projects! I especially like the idea of the Launch Spark as a trending indicator—it adds a fun, dynamic element. The badge system and statistics dashboard also seem super helpful for tracking progress and recognizing contributions. Looking forward to seeing how it all comes together! https://googlebaseball.io
