I didn’t need a giant dashboard or 100 integrations - I just wanted to know where users were dropping off. Existing tools like GA or Amplitude felt too heavy for small projects. So I hacked together a lightweight funnel tracker: drop in a snippet, send events, and instantly see funnels update in real time. That’s it.
