FloHub started from a simple frustration — I was using multiple apps to manage different parts of my life, but none of them actually worked together. Tasks were in one place, notes in another, calendars somewhere else, and instead of feeling organised, it just created more noise. I wanted one place I could go to understand my life at a glance — what matters today, what’s coming up, and what I need to focus on — without feeling overwhelmed or forced into a rigid system. So I built FloHub. It’s designed to be calm, flexible, and genuinely useful. You can plan your day, capture anything quickly, track habits, and connect your calendar — all in a way that adapts to you, not the other way around. I’m continuing to build FloHub in the open, shaping it based on real usage and feedback. The goal is simple: create a space that helps people feel more in control, more focused, and a little less overwhelmed.

The "your day at a glance" framing is smart — the biggest problem with productivity apps is that people open 4 different apps just to understand what they're dealing with today. Having tasks, habits, calendar, and notes in one unified view solves real friction. Curious how the AI layer works — does it proactively surface what needs attention or is it more of an assistant you query?

Hey there ! Thanks so much for your comment. Great question on the AI( we call it FloCat). It’s a combo of both. The at a glance widget surfaces proactive information. And in native app it’s even more powerful gives you suggestions like focus on X task first. You can also chat with flocat to plan your day or assist more. And then help with meeting note summaries that are structured , suggest subtasks based on task title and in Goal tracking suggest tasks to help you get started and insights to achieve your goal. This isn’t an exhaustive list but we’ve tried to get a good balance of not do the work for you but more a support layer.

Building tools for social media analytics
Really interesting take on the productivity space. Having tasks, notes, habits, and calendar all integrated in one hub solves a real pain point because most people end up using 4-5 separate apps and losing context between them. Hey thanks so much for your feedback ! What I would say sets FloHub apart from notion and todoist is how we’ve approached flexibility and customisation with east. Notion as an example is a hugely powerful but requires a lot of setup and a steep learning curve. I found when I tried to use it I spent more time setting it up than using it ! FloHub is powerfully simple it can be complex or easy depending on your use case. Also integrating of multiple accounts in one place for calendar was particularly needed for me. We built this to try and combat that complexity but keep the power.
