This idea came from the constant problems we've had over the last 15 years using other hosting providers. We wanted to create an easier to use system, and a transparent billing platform to make purchasing compute services much easier to predict, manage, and take advantage of.

The "Zero AI" support angle is refreshing in an industry drowning in chatbots. There's real friction around server deployments - most options force you to choose between expensive managed services or DIY headaches with unresponsive documentation. The fact that you can spin up WordPress, Kubernetes, or a gaming server from one dashboard without vendor lock-in is solid product design. And the transparent pricing removes the "call us to negotiate" theater.

We're certainly focusing on the Kubernetes angle too, with the goal to allow for a build-your-own cluster methodology, where you can deploy your own systems and link them together on a private network, or simplify the process with a managed Kubernetes service so that users can 'abstract away' the complexity of managing the infrastructure, and get right to building on k8s. We're hoping to launch our managed service by Q1 2027, and are gathering user feedback as we go to ensure we're tuning everything to be a good blend of everything our users need.

The unpredictable billing problem is massive for devs and agencies. You set up infrastructure thinking it costs $X/month, then the bill doubles because of hidden overage charges or per-instance costs that weren't obvious upfront. The transparent pricing angle combined with 100% human support (no AI runaround on issues) is huge - most hosting switches happen because of bad support experiences, not features. The one-click WordPress deployment for non-technical teams is also a serious gap filler in the market.

The billing aspect is something we're continuously working on to provide both a usage-based, and flat-cost based tiers for certain products, to ensure everyone knows exactly what they're getting. We've additionally built advanced projections in that will show you over time what your expected spend will be, what your projected bill will be on the next run, and a full breakdown of each service's individual cost. We specifically targeted this after dealing with over 25 different hosting companies, and consistently running into issues finding a line-item breakdown of services that made sense for our accounting. We are also constantly accepting user feedback to know more about what people WANT to see, and what they NEED to see, so that we can have a healthy user experience for anyone who may want a high-level overview, or an accounting-level breakdown.

The "100% human support, zero AI" line is a big thing to commit to right now, and honestly it's a real differentiator for game and app hosting where you need a fast answer at 2am when a server goes down. Predictable pricing plus daily managed backups is exactly what small communities get burned on with the big providers. Wishing you a strong launch!
