The detail I'd want up front: how does it capture meeting audio on macOS — a virtual-audio driver (BlackHole-style) or tapping the call app directly? That setup step is usually where these overlays lose people.

The 'private' framing is the smart wedge here - most meeting copilots pipe everything to the cloud, which is a hard no for sensitive interviews.
