EntrenAI builds one periodized training plan for everything you train: strength, running, cycling, swimming, triathlon, HYROX and more, coordinated so your sessions do not clash. Every morning it adjusts to your sleep and fatigue, and it recalibrates the week when you miss a session. After each workout you get a comment built from your own data, plus nutrition and recovery guidance and exercise swaps that keep the same stimulus. Free workout logging and exercise library; the personalised plan has a free trial. Available on iOS, Android and web, in Spanish and English.

9Hi, I'm Iván, the maker of EntrenAI. All my life has been tied to sports and engineering, and about a year ago I started this project to help others (and myself) reach their sports goals with better training. The idea: one plan for everything you train, coordinated so your sessions don't clash, that adjusts each morning to your sleep and fatigue and recalibrates the week when you miss a session. I'd love blunt feedback on the onboarding and on which sport you'd want next.
A single adaptive plan across all your training activities is an interesting unification — most tools stay siloed per sport. Curious how it handles conflicting goals between disciplines when you add them to the same plan.
The automatic rescheduling is what caught my attention. Missing a workout and having to figure out how to adjust the rest of the week is always annoying. Curious how much the plan actually changes based on sleep and fatigue data. Looks promising, congrats on the launch!

The morning re-plan based on sleep and fatigue is the part that would keep me using it — most plans break the moment you miss one session. Two questions: where does the fatigue signal come from — a wearable (Garmin, Apple Health) or a quick manual check-in? And when two goals clash, say a half-marathon and strength work in the same week, who wins, and can I set the priority myself? For the next sport I'd vote cycling: it pairs naturally with running and would make the cross-sport coordination really shine.
Really cool project! The automatic rescheduling when missing a session is a huge pain point solved. Do you currently integrate with Apple Health, Garmin, or Strava to auto-sync sleep and fatigue data, or is it manual input for now?
The landing page explains what the product does very quickly, which is not easy to do for a software tool. I like that it is clear who the product is meant for, since that makes it easier for the right users to decide if it fits their needs. One thing I would be curious about is how new users get started in their first week and what support is available if they get stuck. Congratulations on the launch, and I hope it reaches the right audience.
Coordinating strength and endurance in one periodized plan is the part most apps skip — they stay siloed per sport. When sleep and fatigue push a session back a day, does the week's load rebalance automatically or do you have to approve the new order yourself?
Adjusting the daily plan to sleep and fatigue, and recalibrating the week after a missed session, is the part that stands out to me. Does the plan also account for mixed sessions like HYROX when it balances the week?
AI in fitness is a going to go viral. All the best.
