Enlivy

Hey Fazier folks 👋 I run operations at Enlivy. We built this because we got tired of watching service businesses stitch together 4-5 different tools between winning a client and getting paid: one for proposals, another for contracts, a third for invoicing, and a spreadsheet to track who actually paid. Enlivy runs the whole flow in one connected system. A proposal becomes a contract, a signed contract becomes an invoice, and payments get matched against imported bank statements automatically. EU e-invoicing (PEPPOL, ANAF eFactura) is built in from day one because we saw too many businesses get caught unprepared when their country made structured e-invoicing mandatory. The free plan has no card and no expiration: real 5 invoices, 1 contract, 3 proposals, 50 bank transactions every month. We wanted people to be able to actually use the platform, not just demo it. Service business ops are nightmares when tools don't talk to each other. You win a proposal in one system, draft the contract elsewhere, generate an invoice in yet another place, then manually reconcile it weeks later when payment arrives. Enlivy actually solving this end-to-end is big. The EU e-invoicing compliance built-in is also the kind of boring-but-critical detail that most platforms ignore.
