I built ElevateAI because my own job search felt broken. I’d rewrite the same resume for every role, paste job posts into ChatGPT, track applications in a spreadsheet, then forget follow-ups. Nothing talked to anything else, so every application started from zero. The idea was simple: explain yourself once (career memory), then every saved job becomes a real workflow, fit score, tailored resume, cover letter, tracker, interview prep, and follow-ups in one place.
