Client documents expire. Notice before your auditor does.
Docurrent keeps a register of every client document with a shelf life — IDs, proofs of address, licences, certificates. It warns you 30, 14, and 3 days before anything goes stale and automatically asks the client for a fresh copy via a secure upload link, with reminders that repeat until it's in. Built for accounting firms with AML obligations, compliance teams at small regulated firms, and anyone holding certificates that lapse. EU-hosted, GDPR-first, built in Germany by a former bank compliance insider. The first 25 firms get founding pricing for life.

10I spent ten years inside bank compliance and audit, and every file review I saw started with the same finding: an expired document nobody had looked at since onboarding. Docurrent is the register I always wanted — it watches the dates and chases the fresh copies so firms don't have to. We're pre-launch, shaping the first version with 25 founding firms. I'd genuinely value feedback from anyone who deals with client document chaos.

Hi there, this is an interesting take on solving frequent problem document collectors face. I had a look at your website as well. Have you considering utilising document source itself rather than keeping copies of the document. There is significant overhead both for Docurrent as well as your client with dual document source and having integrations with existing document sources will not only simplify your operations but it will also be a low friction conversion.

docurrent has great potential and offers some useful features, but I encountered a few issues that could be improved. Please contact me so I can share detailed feedback and suggest the changes I'd like to see. WhatsApp: https://wa.me/447307349530 Email: [email protected] Telegram: t.me/rforrank

This looks like a massive lifesaver for compliance teams. Managing document expiration dates manually is always a headache, especially with strict AML rules. The automated secure upload link sounds like a brilliant touch to keep clients on track.
The "notice before your auditor does" framing is sharp — silent expiry is the same failure mode as silent integration breakage: nothing errors, the data just quietly rots until someone audits. Curious how you handle notification fatigue though — do reminders escalate as the deadline nears, or can clients snooze themselves right back into danger?
