After co-founders worked together they can give endorsements to each other. Psychological criteria, not yet! What did you have in mind? Soon a bookshelf is coming, giving founder the ability to add books they read, this helps matching founders that have the same view.

This is a clever approach to the co-founder matching problem. Instead of just matching based on profiles, requiring proof-of-work ensures you're connecting with people who are actually committed to building. How do you verify the quality of the work submissions? Would love to see integration with GitHub or other platforms to automatically pull in contributions.
There is a GitHub integration! But GitHub does not show you actually shipped! We verify the quality by assigning authority, this is a combination of verified revenue, endorsement of other co-founders and verified external platform connections.
The proof-of-work angle is what makes this stand out from typical co-founder matching platforms. Anyone can write a nice bio, but showing actual shipped projects filters out the talkers fast. One suggestion: it would help to see timezone and availability info upfront — that's usually the #1 friction point in remote co-founding relationships.
