Speak Italian daily with a tutor who remembers your mistakes
CiaoTutor is a voice-first Italian tutor for intermediate to advanced learners (B1–C1). You have real spoken conversations with Elena, an AI tutor who corrects you without breaking the flow — and remembers your mistakes across sessions, so the next conversation builds on what you got wrong last time. Every session ends with a report: errors, vocabulary, CEFR-anchored listening score, and personalized exercises generated from your actual mistakes across speaking, listening, reading, and writing. Start free, no card required.
Real-time voice conversations with silent error logging — corrections never interrupt your flow
Long-term memory: Elena recalls your past mistakes and vocabulary in every new session
Post-session reports with errors, CEFR-anchored listening score, and linguistic metrics
Personalized exercises auto-generated from your own mistakes (speaking, reading, writing)
Manual turn-taking — take your time to think; Elena never cuts you off
Two engines: premium speech-to-speech or a cheaper cascaded mode

Ciao! I built CiaoTutor because I hit the classic intermediate plateau with Italian: I could understand almost everything but froze when speaking. Apps drill you with taps and streaks; human tutors are great but expensive for daily practice. So I built Elena — a voice-first tutor you actually talk to. The part I'm most proud of: she logs your mistakes silently (no flow-breaking corrections) and remembers them across sessions, so every conversation picks up where your weaknesses actually are. Italian-only on purpose — depth over breadth. Would love honest feedback, especially from fellow language learners!

How long does it take on average to learn the language?

Hi Beau, that depends a lot of what's your level at the moment. CiaoTutor is better for A2/B1 learners. It adapts to your level but you should be able to hold a minimal conversation. With 5 lessons/week including exercises, I believe you can improve your italian significantly in 3-6 monhts. Fully fluently, C1 Level probalbly a couple of years.

Hi, I just discovered your project on Fazier and I really like the direction you’re taking. I noticed a strong growth opportunity that could help you reach more targeted users, especially through Reddit community marketing, citation building, and strategic email outreach. Many brands are missing thousands of potential customers because their audience is already discussing their problems, looking for recommendations, and searching for solutions inside niche communities. I help businesses turn those conversations into brand visibility, trust, traffic, and qualified leads through authentic Reddit engagement and conversion-focused email strategies. I’d love to share a few growth ideas tailored specifically to your project. Best Regards, Olayinka Adeoye +1 479 739 7382 (WHATSAPP)
Building things to make life easier
Will it expand to other languauges?

Hi Liam, we have Spanish, Englsih and Portuguese in the roadmap, but all depends on CiaoTutors performance. It's not a generic language app, it's done language by language because there's a lot of fine tuning involved for each. Thanks for your question.
