Hey — maker here. I built BillTick because I was tired of juggling a timer app, a spreadsheet, and a separate invoice generator just to bill clients, when I already spend the whole day in Telegram talking to them anyway. The bit I'm most proud of: clients get their own side of the bot too, so they're not just receiving a PDF at the end of the month blind — they can see session status and even confirm payment themselves. I run a couple of Telegram bots for my own ops, and the piece that usually breaks in this kind of tool is the client side. What happens when the client does not use Telegram? Do they get a web link for the live session status and the invoice, or does the freelancer end up exporting the PDF and sending it by email anyway? The live status for clients is the feature I would pay for: it kills the "how many hours so far" message.
