Hi, I just discovered your project on Fazier and I really like the direction you’re taking. I noticed a strong growth opportunity that could help you reach more targeted users, especially through Reddit community marketing, citation building, and strategic email outreach. Many brands are missing thousands of potential customers because their audience is already discussing their problems, looking for recommendations, and searching for solutions inside niche communities. I help businesses turn those conversations into brand visibility, trust, traffic, and qualified leads through authentic Reddit engagement and conversion-focused email strategies. I’d love to share a few growth ideas tailored specifically to your project. Best Regards, Olayinka Adeoye +1 479 739 7382 (WHATSAPP)

Meeting documentation friction is real - most teams either skip notes entirely or spend hours manually summarizing. The real friction Bertlo removes is the transcription plus translation combo. Real-time multilingual support means international teams don't need separate tools or manual workflows. The collaborative document translation workspace is the differentiator - instead of transcripts that get lost, you get a shared, editable resource your whole team can build on. That's huge for teams with distributed language speakers.
The transcription plus translation in one workspace is the part I would lean on hardest in the pitch, since that is the combo most notetakers miss. Two things I would be curious about, as someone who has watched these tools fall down in real meetings: how does it handle overlapping speakers and strong accents, and does the bilingual output keep speaker attribution intact after translation? For global standups those are usually where trust is won or lost. If Bertlo holds attribution across languages and lets a human correct a mistranslation inline, that is a genuinely hard problem solved and worth saying loudly on the page.
The combination of real-time transcription and document translation is useful because meetings rarely end when the call does—people still need to turn decisions into material they can share across languages. One workflow I’d love to see is a meeting transcript that can become a translated action list, with owners and deadlines preserved rather than just a translated block of text. That would make Bertlo particularly valuable for distributed teams that need to move from conversation to follow-through quickly.
Bertlo appears to be a versatile AI-powered communication platform that combines meeting transcription, recording, bilingual voice interaction, and document translation in one workspace. Its strongest value proposition is the ability to support both spoken and written communication across more than 60 languages, making it particularly relevant for international teams, remote organizations, consultants, educators, and businesses working with multilingual clients.
The AI automation platform: build agents, automate workflows, ship apps, no code.
The bilingual angle is smart, most notetakers stop at English transcription and leave non-native teams re-reading everything. Two questions: for the 60+ language document translation, do you preserve the original layout (tables, headings, footnotes) in the output or is it text-only? And on live meetings, is the translation shown side-by-side in real time, or generated after the call from the transcript? The ElevenLabs voice for real-time is a nice touch for the accessibility use case.
Real-time transcription plus translation across 60+ languages in one workspace is a strong combo for global teams. How does it handle speaker labeling when several people talk over each other?

Pairing real-time transcription with bilingual translation and a document workspace feels more useful than a standalone meeting-summary tool, especially for distributed teams that need to work across languages. The 60+ language document workflow is a strong angle. Does Bertlo preserve speaker attribution and the original-language text alongside translations so teams can audit decisions or reuse notes accurately?
HI
Bertlo brings real-time transcription, meeting notes, bilingual translation, and document collaboration into one workspace. Supporting more than 60 languages makes it especially useful for global teams. The combination of AI notetaking and multi-format document translation feels practical and well suited to modern, multilingual workflows. Great launch!
Real-time transcription + live captions in one is a strong combo — live-caption latency is usually where these break. What's your end-to-end caption latency, and do you diarize speakers reliably on noisy calls with cross-talk? Also curious whether the document-translate side preserves formatting (tables/lists) or just the text — that's the difference between "useful" and "reformat everything by hand."
Transcription + translation in one workspace is the smart combo here — most notetakers stop at English. Curious how speaker attribution holds up across languages when multiple people talk over each other, and whether document translation keeps formatting (tables, headings) intact. If both hold up, this is a real fit for distributed teams.
