hey everyone, i built AI Applyd because i was frustrated with the job search process. applied to 127 jobs, heard back from 3. found out my resume was scoring 34% on ATS systems. so i spent a year building a tool that handles the whole thing overnight. would love for you to try it out and tell me what you think. first 100 signups get lifetime pro access.
The "YOLO mode" idea is hilarious and honestly brilliant — just let the AI send everything while you sleep. The 6-step pipeline sounds really thorough, especially the ATS keyword matching before submission. That's the part most people get wrong when applying manually. How does it handle jobs that require custom application questions beyond just resume + cover letter?

good question. right now the pipeline handles resume + cover letter + standard form fields (name, email, phone, experience). for custom screening questions, copilot mode flags them so you can answer manually before submission. YOLO mode skips jobs with complex custom questions to keep quality high. working on AI-generated answers for common screening questions next. the goal is zero manual input eventually.

The ATS keyword scoring plus tailored resume and cover letter pipeline is exactly what job seekers need. A metrics dashboard showing which job boards produce callbacks (and a bulk-approve copilot mode) would make it even more useful.

great feedback Patrick. callback tracking dashboard is on our roadmap, we want to show which platforms and resume versions get the most responses. copilot mode already lets you review each application before submission, but a bulk-approve flow would speed things up. shipping that soon. appreciate the insight.
Streamlined approach to automating application workflows.

thanks diana. the streamlined part comes from fewer moving parts — one dashboard replaces jobscan + huntr + teal + your spreadsheet. less context switching, more actual applying.

This looks seriously useful for job seekers. Automating the entire application flow from discovery to tailored resumes and submissions is a huge time saver. The copilot vs autopilot mode is a nice touch too. Curious how well the resume tailoring performs across different industries and roles.

thanks saravanan. the tailoring is prompted against the job description each time, so it picks up the target industry's jargon automatically. tested across software, marketing, ops, nursing, sales. callback rate is highest when the candidate's base profile has relevant experience — the AI won't invent what you don't have.
Clear concept with a strong value proposition, especially for job seekers wanting to save time. The automation benefits are easy to understand, but improving grammar, capitalization, and sentence flow would make it feel more professional. Adding one short example of how a user benefits after using the tool could make the message more convincing.

appreciated chris. the listing copy got trimmed for speed. pricing also shifted — free tier is 100K tokens with no card, hired in 30 is $39/mo. user-facing outputs (cover letters, resume bullets) run through a voice-control pipeline that preserves proper casing and tone per candidate preference, so they don't read robotic.

thanks jigar. that's the 30-second pitch. the 30-minute pitch is that it beats the ATS filter first, which most auto-apply tools skip entirely. mass-apply without scoring just burns candidate slots on roles you were never going to pass.
As someone who regularly posts jobs on LinkedIn, I really hope your tool is better at tailoring the application process than most. We consistently get obviously AI-applied applicants from out of state or out of the country for what is an in-person/hybrid role. Or people who answer the application, then don't respond to any messages/outreach about the job. Really makes paying for job listings a drag when you get 3 "real" applicants but you have to wade through 120 bots.

justin, that's the #1 failure mode we optimized against. AI Applyd only submits when the candidate's profile scores 75+ against the ATS AND location/work-auth match the role. no out-of-state submissions for in-person jobs, no inventing skills, no mass-spam. the bots you're getting flooded with are lazyapply-style mass submission. different product philosophy, different outcome for recruiters on your end.
