4.8(6)28SaaSBusiness & Finance
Agreeo is a simple platform that helps users regardless of business background, manage the entire client agreement process from proposal to payment. Users can create professional proposals, clearly define scope and pricing, get client approval, manage changes and extra work, and handle payments in one place. Agreeo reduces the friction, misunderstandings, and awkward payment conversations that often happen when work is managed through scattered emails, documents, and payment tools. Unlike traditional contract or invoicing tools that focus on a single step, Agreeo connects the agreement, scope, and payment process into one streamlined workflow.

28Building Agreeo started with a simple observation: too much friction happens between agreeing on a project and actually getting the work done. Proposals, contracts, changes, invoices, and payments often live in different places. Agreeo is bringing that workflow together in one simple platform, with AI helping where it can. I’d love to hear what you think, what feels missing, and where you’d improve it.
I think it's worth encouraging and supporting them to continue improving and optimizing the user experience.
Thanks! That’s definitely something we’re focused on. There’s still plenty to improve, and user feedback is a big part of where we take Agreeo next.
Building PZERO, saving you money - pzero.studio
The part I like is collapsing proposals, contracts, and invoices into one path instead of five tabs. If you ever need AI for the business side of that, PZERO is at pzero.studio
Exactly! That was one of the main ideas behind Agreeo — reducing the back-and-forth between different tools and keeping the whole process connected. Appreciate the comment!
I love how you can manage all of your client agreement within one dashboard. Loved it!
Thanks Abdullah! That was the goal — making client agreements feel much simpler and keeping everything in one place. Really appreciate the support!

The Change Impact feature stands out to me — most contract/invoicing tools let scope creep happen quietly and you only feel it at invoice time. Surfacing the cost/timeline impact right when a change is requested seems like it would cut a lot of the awkward payment conversations you mention. Curious how it handles multi-currency clients given the 19-language support — does pricing adapt per region too?
Thanks! that's exactly the problem Change Impact is designed to address; making scope changes and their cost/timeline effects clear before they become an issue. And yes, if you mean regional pricing, for the time being, Agreeo has the same pricing regardless of the user's country. The main idea for the 19 language support is mainly there to make the experience more accessible internationally. Agreeo is still actively developing so there will be more improvements and updates planned in the near future as we continue refining the product. Thanks for taking the time looking into it as well as pointing that out! That's exactly the kind of input that will help in further improvement.
Keeping the agreement, scope and payment in one place is the part that usually breaks for freelancers, does the AI contract review flag scope creep against the original agreement?
Changes in Agreeo are tracked automatically. Each change request is compared with the previously agreed version, ensuring that contracts and invoices always reflect what the client actually approved. The AI contract review also checks the contract against the original agreement. When uploading a contract, you can attach or paste the original deal, and Agreeo identifies anything that goes beyond the initial scope—such as additional services, commitments, or deadlines. It explains the differences in plain English and highlights what you may want to discuss with the client. If everything stays within the original scope, it confirms that as well.
The Change Requests + e-signing combo is the part I'd rely on most - most freelance disputes I've seen come from a change being agreed over email with no paper trail. One thing I'd want to know: once a client has e-signed the original agreement, does a change request require a fresh signature too, or just an in-app approval click? That distinction affects whether it actually holds up as a real amendment.
Good question — it's not just a click. Approving a change in Agreeo works the same way as signing the original: the client types their full name to sign off, and we record who approved it, when, and exactly what changed (scope and price delta). So every amendment carries its own signature and sits in the deal's activity trail next to the original — you can always show the client agreed to each specific change, not just the starting deal. That said, there's room to strengthen it further — like capturing more proof at signing time — and that's on the roadmap to keep disputes off the table entirely.

The Client Agreement management is good
Thank you! That was one of the areas we really wanted to make simple and easy to manage. Appreciate you checking out Agreeo and sharing the feedback!
The change impact feature is the part that stands out to me. Scope creep is usually where client work goes sideways, and most tools only catch it at invoice time when the argument has already happened. Curious how the impact calculation handles partially completed milestones when a change request lands mid sprint?
Agreeo catches the conversation when the change happens, not after the work is already done. For a mid-sprint change, it compares the current agreed version with the proposed one and shows the impact on scope, price, and timeline. It deliberately doesn’t try to guess how to split a partially completed milestone. Instead, it flags any unpaid milestones that may need updating, and the freelancer decides whether the extra cost belongs on the next milestone or as a separate change invoice. That keeps the impact clear before approval without making assumptions about work already delivered.

The change request part is probably what stood out to me most. Scope creep is one of those things that seems small at first and then suddenly turns into a whole conversation about extra work and payment. I like that Agreeo seems to deal with that at the point where the change actually happens, instead of trying to sort it out later on the invoice. Curious though, can clients propose changes themselves through the portal, or does the freelancer have to create every change request?
Yes clients can propose changes themselves through the portal link. They can describe what they want changed, whether it’s scope, timing, or price-related. The freelancer then reviews the request and creates the formal amendment with the updated details and any new cost. The client sees that amendment through the same link and signs it by typing their name before anything becomes official. If the updated terms don’t work for them, they can decline the amendment and the original agreement stays unchanged. Each step is recorded in the deal’s activity trail, so there’s a clear record of what was requested, proposed, and approved. So it keeps the conversation collaborative, while still making sure no extra work or payment change slips through without clear approval.
Connecting agreement and payment in one workflow can remove a lot of awkward handoffs. How is the audit trail designed—can both parties export signed terms, payment events, and webhook evidence in one immutable timeline if a dispute appears later?
Agreeo gives both parties access to the same tamper-evident timeline, with a PDF export covering signatures, amendments, payments, refunds, and safely verified Stripe events. Signed agreements and financial documents remain available as separate exports. The record is append-only and hash-chained, although we describe it as tamper-evident rather than independently notarized or legally immutable. Production Stripe webhook configuration is the final step for fully automatic payment-event capture.
